Will I be paid?/What’s in it for me?
No. We provide opportunity, which is a platform to expose yourself in front of millions of readers. However, we do have paid positions and these are people who were once writers just like yourself. Check out our incentives system.
How will I know what to write about?
That’s 100% up to you. We don’t assign you anything, and you’re free to write on any topic that exists on Welcome to College Freshmen.
How often do I have to write?
However much you’d like. You’re your own boss and are completely free to write whenever you want; we impose no deadlines or requirements.

Are there any prizes for writing?
Yes. First off we have our badge and points system, which awards badges and points for certain achievements. For example having 1,000 views on an article, or writing a certain amount of articles. We also give away an I-pad monthly to our writer of the month.
Who can write?
Any college student, or high school senior. Our only requirement is that you “are what you write about.” If you wish to write about dorm life, you have to have lived/live in the dorms, and if you want to write about sorority life, you have to be in a sorority- sorry guys. High School seniors can only write about things related to high school, which are all in our HS Seniors tab.
Where do I write from?
Wherever you want. We don’t require our writers to come into our offices at any point.
