The weather’s warming up and it’s time to go shopping for spring!
Here’s some of the newest trends on campus for this spring:
Plain tank tops: These babies can be spruced up with a cute sweater, jewelry, or scarves. They’re very common on campus and can be changed to fit anyone’s personal style. They’re especially good for spring because you can layer and take off layers as it warms up later in the day!
Pastels
The newest color trend is pastels. Bright pinks, greens, blues, and yellows all make for cute floweresque outfits.
High-waisted shorts
These are adorable with a simple t-shirt tucked in with a cute pair of sandals. Some recent high-waisted shorts have come out with lace decorations, sequins, and button designs.
Crop-Tops
Crop tops are back from the 90s! They’re loose, cover your shoulders and show just enough skin to keep things interesting.
Flower Power
Floral print is IN. Anything feminine and petite. This trend reminds me of tea parties, with ladies wearing their extravagant hats and floral dresses. Dresses seem to be the most popular form of flower power lately, but shirts and the occasional skinny jeans are making appearances.
