It is not some person watching everyone’s usage, it is a system of some sort that recognizes illegal downloading and will automatically disable your personal internet access. This is something they are not joking about or try to scare you with….they WILL disable your internet so don’t download illegally. I used to have limewire and while I no longer downloaded music from it, the system can also recognize you simply having something like limewire installed on your computer and will disable your access. So delete any program or software that allows you to download illegally before going to college. There ARE ways to get around it however. You can use anything that streams music or videos and you will be fine. Just avoid any downloading altogether or having any program like limewire installed (even if its not being used).
